Following a dramatic incident in the early hours of August 21, 2025, Lil Nas X, the 26-year-old rapper best known for “Old Town Road,” was admitted to a hospital in Los Angeles. He was seen wandering Ventura Boulevard in Studio City between 4 and 5 a.m., clad only in his cowboy boots and underwear. He was seen acting strangely in the video, which TMZ released. He was seen repeatedly addressing onlookers and the person filming him, putting a traffic cone on his head, and making odd comments about parties.
When they noticed someone wandering the street almost nude, worried onlookers called the police. Lil Nas X allegedly charged at the LAPD officers when they arrived. He was placed under arrest, handcuffed, and restrained. He was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment after the police officers called paramedics because they thought he might be overdosing.

He was admitted to the hospital earlier in April 2025 due to partial facial paralysis. The rapper had hinted at his upcoming album, “Dreamboy,” which could be released later this year.
